7.00am    –   Lung Wo Road car Park will be closed to public vehicles on Sunday.
                      You will not be permitted to have Lorries in the Car Park after 7.00am.
                      ALL m’cycles must be pushed, not ridden, in Lung Wo Road Car Park.
7.15am     –    Commence set-up. Sub-divide Exhibition Areas for exhibitors.
8.00am     –    Motorcycle Clubs and Shops set up their exhibitions.
9.00am      -   (Complete all Exhibit preparations…being aware of Pedestrian SAFETY)

9.30am     –    Motorcycle Show commences, open to the Public.

11.30am   –    Opening Ceremony.

12.00am   –    Judging commences for Best Motorcycles on display.

5.00pm     –    Announcement of Show Awards and Prize Giving.

6.00pm     –    Show Concludes. Breakdown of exhibits (ready to load onto Lorries).

6.30pm     –    Lorries can return to Loading Zone.

9.00pm      -    Leave Show Area in same condition as it was in at 7.00am. Each
                       Exhibitor is responsible for their own area (HK$3,000.oo Fine, donated to
                       Charity, for leaving a mess behind).
