Hi HK Bikers,
Ok, so I think we can say the 8th "Motorcycle Show" went off pretty
successfully today in lovely sunshine and with a HUGE crowd. Our
planning paid off as Transport Department and Police both congratulated
the 'Marshalls' this year on an exemplary job well done - Thank You to
Cowboy/Ada and all of the Team!
We packed Chater Road and Ice House Street for the whole day, there was
no room to move. I hope all of you had a successful and productive day.
Congratulations to all the Concours Winners today ... a lot of Work went
into those Bikes. Thank you to the Shops who supported the Show with
Prizes (we rely on your generosity) ... Meguiars, Massai Helmets, Brammo
T-shirts, Victory Tshirt/cap, Milwacukee, Steel oil, etc.
Special congratulations to K.K.Wong of Kam Tin who won "Best Bike of
Show" for the Replica of his 1975 Macau GP Race CB750-4 Dunstall. KK has
built this up over the last few months and will ride it at the Macau GP
60th Parade on 10th and 17th November.
Have a good sleep tonight everyone!
Cheers,
IAN
